Redemptive Entrepreneurship in K-12 Schools: A Movement Begins
Join the Working Group Today

That idea — redemptive entrepreneurship — is at the heart of a new national working group I’m launching with CESA Schools this December. And it’s open to every Christian school that wants to be part of the conversation (you don’t have to be a CESA school to join).
This isn’t a traditional PD series. It’s a six-session, interactive journey for school leaders who want to move beyond theory and start building systems, language, and culture around the entrepreneurial mindset — all through a distinctly Christ-centered lens.
We’ll unpack what it means for students to connect their faith with real-world innovation, develop durable skills like grit and opportunity-seeking, and bring redemption to the spaces they touch.
Together, we’ll explore:
How to increase student and faculty engagement through redemptive entrepreneurship
How to weave the entrepreneurial mindset into your curriculum at every grade level
How to theologically ground innovation so it leads to Kingdom impact
How to build peer networks that make this work sustainable long term
Christian schools are filled with students who want to make an impact — but too often, we train them to fit systems rather than change them. Redemptive entrepreneurship invites a new posture: to see every classroom as a launchpad for good.
If this resonates with you, don’t wait on the sidelines. Be part of the first group of schools shaping what redemptive entrepreneurship looks like in Christian education.
Register by November 15 to join the Redemptive Entrepreneurship Working Group.
Let’s build a movement where students don’t just learn about faith and innovation — they live it.
Standing out as a Christian school while staying true to your values is more challenging than ever. At Seed Tree Group, we help schools implement a proven entrepreneurship program that empowers students to take ownership of their education, equipping them with life-ready skills and creating a distinguished school with engaged students, inspired parents, and energized donors.
